The room was spacious, new, clean, and beautiful. The staffs were funny and friendly, providing prompt replies to messages and emails. They greeted us politely upon our arrival, making us feel warm and welcome. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The location was convenient for accessing nearby markets. The hotel even had a weighing machine, perfect for shopaholics.

Excellent location, close to airport bus stop and metro line 1. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Clean and tidy rooms, with friendly staff. Convenient access to shopping centers and a beautiful walk along Cheonggyecheon. Prompt responses to messages and warm welcome upon arrival.
